Greg Moore

With more than 12 years of experience as a construction professional, Greg Moore is an innovative leader in the construction industry.  His career in the construction industry includes involvement at the federal, state, and local government levels.  He has led the effort in developing new project delivery methods for State agencies to minimize risk and maximize return on investment for the involved stakeholders.  His experience also includes capital project / program delivery, parking analysis, land usage and maintenance.

Most recently, he served as the Resident Construction Engineer with the South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT).  In that role, Greg was involved with all phases of project delivery, from inception thru turnover to the Maintenance side of SCDOT.  Additional responsibilities included staffing, utility coordination, project planning, inspection and documentation.  

He has served on the Board of Governors for the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Construction Institute (CI) since 2017, and currently serves as the President-Elect.  Other organization involvement includes Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) and the Project Management Institute (PMI).  

Mr. Moore received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of South Carolina, and a Master of Science in Project Management from The Citadel in Charleston, South Carolina.
