Jessica Fulton serves as Deputy Commissioner for the Atlanta Department of Transportation (ATLDOT) and oversees the Office of Capital Delivery.
During Fulton’s career she has managed various transportation capital improvements for DeKalb County, Cobb County, the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) and numerous community improvement districts. Fulton also served as the Chief of Construction for Metropolitan Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) where she managed a team of forty and an annual capital budget in excess of $50M. Most recently, Fulton served as construction director for the City of Atlanta’s Renew Atlanta Bond TSPLOST Programs.
Fulton is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. She is licensed as a professional engineer (PE) and a project management professional (PMP) .
