The City of Atlanta’s Department of Transportation has authorized a full road closure on a portion of Hank Aaron Dr SW to accommodate milling and resurfacing activities.

Milling and resurfacing activities will be completed one block at a time with detoursignage in place to direct travelers around each block under active construction.

Work on Ormond Street SE will proceed in five (5) phases as follows

• Phase 1 – Hank Aaron Drive SE to Fraser Street SE
• Phase 2 – Fraser Street SE to Martin Street SE
• Phase 3 – Martin Street SE to just west of Greenfield Street SE
• Phase 4 – Just west of Greenfield Street SE to Connally Street SE
• Phase 5 – Connally Street SE to Grant Terrace SE
