The Atlanta Department of Transportation (ATLDOT) will temporarily close a portion of Bell Street NE from Auburn Street NE to John Wesley Dobbs Avenue NE to accommodate maintenance activities at 250 Auburn Avenue NE.

The following detours will be in effect to accommodate the closure.

Traveling eastbound traffic on John Wesley Dobbs Ave NE attempting a right turn on Bell Street NE:
Bypass Bell St NE
Turn right onto Hillard St NE
Turn right onto Auburn St NE
Turn left onto Bell St NE to regain normal traffic flow

Traveling westbound traffic on John Wesley Dobbs Ave NE attempting a left turnon Bell Street NE:
Bypass Bell St NE
Turn left onto Jessie Hill Jr Dr NE
Turn left onto Auburn St NE
Turn right onto Bell St NE to regain normal traffic flow

Sidewalks on the north side along Bell Street NE remain accessible during this closure.

Traffic will be restricted to local access during this closure. Enforcement officers will be onsite to assist with traffic control.
