The Atlanta Department of Transportation (ATLDOT) will implement Christmas and New Year’s Day Moratoriums on lane, road, and sidewalk closures to ensure public access to all City of Atlanta streets for travel and excursions without construction disruptions.

Conditions of the Moratoriums:

Christmas Moratorium:
➢ No lane, road, or sidewalk closures for construction will be allowed on any City of Atlanta side streets, local streets, collectors, arterials, sidewalks, or easements from 6:00 AM, Saturday, December 21, 2024, until 10:00 PM,Thursday, December 26, 2024

New Year’s Moratorium:
➢ No lane, road, or sidewalk closures for construction will be allowed on any City of Atlanta side streets, local streets, collectors, arterials, sidewalks, or easements from 6:00 AM, Tuesday, December 31, 2024, until 5:00 AM,Thursday, January 2, 2025
