Hard Surface Multi-Use Path providing connectivity between Southeast Beltline and DeKalb County's South River Trail system. Work to include three phases, Phase 1 - Southeast BeltLine to BeltLine Townhome; Phase 2 - BeltLine Townhomes to Woodland Avenue and; Phase 3 - Woodland Avenue to Donzi Lane.
