This project's scope was developed using the Downtown Decides! participatory budgeting program and includes a diverse list of (17) projects that will improve traffic and roadways, pedestrian and bicycle mobility and safety, while providing enhanced ADA-compliant accessibility and general beautification to the Downtown area.
