Includes corridor improvements along Cascade Rd/Ave from City Limits to Willis Mill Rd and from Delowe Dr to Avon Ave. Work to include resurfacing, restriping, traffic communications corridor signal upgrades, bus stop enhancements, streetscapes, extended bicycle lanes and pedestrian safety improvements. The project also includes a 10-foot shared-use path for bicycles and pedestrians from City Limits to Willis Mill Rd. The length of the project is approximately 2.0 miles.
