This meeting is being held to discuss grant funding for a sidewalk project for the Norwood and Bellhaven communities. The contract and funds for this project will expire in September 2021. Legislation has been approved authorizing the chief procurement officer to negotiate for the purchase of permanent and temporary construction easements and necessary rights-of-way from various property owners for the completion of the Norwood Road and Belhaven Lane sidewalk project.
