Approved by voters in 2015 and administered by ATLDOT, the Renew Atlanta program encompasses a $250 million bond to address a portion of the $1 billion backlog of needed facilities and infrastructure improvements throughout the city of Atlanta. The bond program falls under two portfolios – Horizontal (transportation) and Vertical (facilities).
