The City of Atlanta’s Department of Transportation has closed one travel lane on a portion of S.R. 139/Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive SW as crews work on water main repairs nearby.
One lane of northbound traffic on S.R. 139/Martin Luther King Jr. Drive SW is closed to traffic. Two southbound lanes of S.R. 139/Martin Luther King Jr. Drive SW remain open – one for northbound and one for southbound travel.
The lane closure was installed due to a water main break associated with a contractor working near the intersection of Martin Luther King Jr. Drive SW and Bakers Ferry Road SW.
