DESIGN ONLY. This project design will focus on improving mobility, operations, and safety along the 4.7-mile corridor of Decatur St/Dekalb Ave from Peachtree St to Ridgecrest Rd. Improvements to include bicycle, pedestrian, transit, and vehicular enhancements, with a continuous separated bicycle/shared-use facility on Dekalb Ave from Peachtree St in downtown Atlanta to the existing shared-use path at Rocky Ford Rd. The design also will correct ADA accessibility issues and improve intersection safety for pedestrians.
