The Atlanta Department of Transportation (ATLDOT) announces temporary lane closures and traffic shifts on a portion of Beecher Road SW to accommodate sidewalk and curbing installations.
Beecher Road SW between Beecher Circle SW and Highview Road SW
The temporary lane closures and traffic shifts will take place on Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. In addition, future traffic shifts may be implemented periodically throughout construction to accommodate Saturday work as needed.
One traffic lane at a time will be temporarily closed on Beecher Road SW to accommodate sidewalk installations.
Lanes will shift but will remain open to vehicular traffic for the duration of the closure. Enforcement officers and flaggers will be on-site to assist with traffic control.
