The project will install multimodal safety enhancements on Jackson St. and Parkway Dr between north of Highland Ave and John Wesley Dobbs Ave. Improvements include new pedestrian space, dedicated bike facilities, and upgraded ADA curb ramps. Additional work may include milling and inlay of asphalt and sidewalk repairs.
