Applying for an encroachment application
An encroachment application is needed for installation of assets in the ROW, for all entities that do not have a franchise agreement with the City of Atlanta. Non uniform items, either underground or above ground require an encroachment agreement.Items such as soil/shoring rods, benches, bike racks, etc. The encroachment process normally takes up to 60 days. To obtain an encroachment package, please sent an email to [email protected], with “Encroachment Agreement” in the subject line.
