Dumpster / Pod Replacement Permits

Applying for a dumpster / pod replacement permit

A permit is required for all dumpsters/containers and PODS placed on the City’s Public Right-ofWay. The application must include Certificate of Liability Insurance with the City of Atlanta listed as certificate holders. Additionally, the dumpster/container provider must complete aCertification Compliance agreement.

You can now apply online for nonfranchise right-of-way permits.
