Applying for a banner permit
Special advertisement to hang/install banners, buntings, etc. along public right-of-way, Section 138-8, Atlanta City Code of Ordinances, governs the permitting of banners. To request a banner permit application, please send an email to [email protected], with “Banner Application” in the subject line, no later than 30 days before the required placement date.
