Howell Mill Road Traffic Shifts
The Atlanta Department of Transportation (ATLDOT) will conduct overnight roadway striping activities with lane closures and traffic shifts on portions of Howell Mill Road and Collier Road NW to minimize traffic impacts in the corridor.
Howell Mill Road from Huff Road NW to Norfleet Road NW
Collier Road NW from Howell Mill Road to Emery Street NW
Overnight work with temporary lane closures and traffic shifts will take place from 8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. Thursday, October 15, 2026, and continue Sunday through Thursday until work is completed.
One traffic lane at a time will be temporarily closed on Howell Mill Road from Huff Road NW to Norfleet Road NW and Collier Road NW from Howell Mill Road to Emery Street NW to accommodate roadway restriping activities.
Lanes will shift but will remain open to vehicular traffic for the duration of the closure.
Enforcement officers and flaggers will be on-site to assist with traffic control.
