5th Street NW from Spring Street NW to William Street NW
The Atlanta Department of Transportation (ATLDOT) will temporarily close a portion of 5th Street NW to accommodate roadway reconstruction activities from Spring Street NW to William Street NW.
The following detours will be in effect to accommodate the closure:
Traveling eastbound on 5TH St NW
Turn right onto Williams St NW
Turn left onto 4TH St NW
Turn left onto West Peachtree St NW
Traveling westbound on 5TH St NW
Turn left onto Spring St NW
Turn right onto 4TH St NW
Turn right onto Williams St NW
5th Street NW from Spring Street NW to William Street NW
This continuous closure will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, July 28, 2025, and remain in place until 4:00 p.m. on Friday, August 1, 2025.
Enforcement officers and flaggers will be on-site to assist with traffic control.Sidewalks will remain accessible during this closure.
