Joseph E. Boone Boulevard NW from Hamilton Holmes Drive NW to Sewanee Avenue NW
The Atlanta Department of Transportation (ATLDOT) announces an impending traffic pattern shift on a portion of Joseph E. Boone Boulevard NW from Hamilton Homes Drive NW to Sewanee Avenue NW accommodate sidewalk reconstruction.
One lane will be temporarily closed to accommodate resurfacing work on Joseph E Boone Blvd NW between Hamilton Holmes Drive NW and Sewanee Avenue NW. Lanes will shift but will remain open to vehicular traffic for the duration of the closure.
Enforcement officers and flaggers will be onsite to assist with traffic control.

This current lane closure will begin on Thursday, October 23, 2025, and will remain in place from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday until the project is complete.
