Cone Street NW from Walton Street NW to Poplar Street NW
The Atlanta Department of Transportation (ATLDOT) will temporarily close a portion of Cone Street NW from Walton Street NW to Poplar Street NW to accommodate building maintenance activities at 87 Walton Street NW.
The following detours will be in effect to accommodate the closure:
Traveling northbound on Cone St NW:
Turn right onto Walton St NW
Turn left onto Forsyth St NW
Turn left onto Luckie St NE
Turn right onto Cone St NW to regain normal traffic flow
Traveling southbound on Cone St NW:
Turn left onto Poplar St NW
Turn right onto Forsyth St NW
Turn right onto Marietta St NW
Turn right onto Cone St NW to regain normal traffic flow
Traveling eastbound on Walton St NW:
Bypass Cone St NW
Turn left onto Forsyth St NW
Turn left onto Luckie St NW
Turn right onto Cone St NW to regain normal traffic flow
Sidewalks along Cone St NW will not remain accessible during this closure.
Enforcement officers will be on-site to assist with traffic control.

This temporary road closure will take place from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., on Saturday, September 6, 2025.
