Scope
PHASE 1 includes fiber optic cable installation and minor signal upgrades on Piedmont Ave between 14th and 15th St. PHASE 2 includes full signal upgrades (signal poles, controller cabinet, 4G communication, detection, pedestrian signals and push-buttons, ADA ramps, and signal timing improvements) at the intersection with The Prado NE (Botanical Garden entrance).
