Includes a bicycle lane from MLK Jr Dr to North Ave and pedestrian crosswalks with Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons (RRFB) at the Linden Ave, Armstrong Place, and Renaissance Pkwy intersections, and drainage improvements. On-street parking will also be added as part of the project.
