Scope
Pedestrian improvements on North Highland Ave from Alaska Ave to Elizabeth St, including installation of mid-block crossings, a new dedicated westbound bicycle lane and a protected pedestrian crossing with Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon (RRFB) at the Inman Village Pkwy intersection. Roadway pavement markings with on-street parking and designated passenger pickup/drop-off areas also are proposed along the project limits.
