Includes 60% design services for resurfacing, sidewalk repair, landscaping, curbing, ADA-compliant crosswalks and ramps, lighting, and traffic calming devices (where applicable) from Beltline East to Moreland Ave. Design will include bicycle infrastructure improvements at the BeltLine access point and in the uphill direction.
