Scope
This project will design and implement a reconstructed intersection as the intersection of Flat Shoals Ave, Arkwright Pl, Walthall St, & Howell Dr; commonly known as “The Spoke”. The project will also potentially include pedestrian and/or bicycle facilities to connect the intersection to the BeltLine and existing multi‐modal facilities.
