Scope
Improves pedestrian and bicycle safety at multiple locations along 10th St. Includes installation of Pedestrian Hybrid Beacon (PHB) at Midtown High School, PHB crossing for pedestrians and bicycles at Myrtle St, and Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon (RRFB) at Argonne Ave. Also includes curb extension bulb-outs at each location to improve sight distance and provide for safer crossing.
