The Atlanta Department of Transportation (ATLDOT) announces the temporary closure of a portion of James P. Brawley Drive NW to accommodate sewer structure installation at 280 James P Brawley Dr NW.
James P. Brawley Drive NW from Pond Street NW to Orr Street NW
This temporary road closure will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Monday, October 5, 2026, through Thursday, October 8, 2026.
The following detours will be in effect to accommodate the closure:
Traveling North on James P Brawley Dr NW
- Turn LEFT onto Pond St NW
- Turn RIGHT onto Andrew J Hairston Pl NW
- Turn RIGHT onto Joseph E Boone Blvd NW
Traveling South on James P Brawley Dr NW
- Turn LEFT onto Orr St NW
- Turn RIGHT onto Griffin St NW
- Turn RIGHT onto Spencer St NW to continue to James P Brawley Dr NW
