The Atlanta Department of Transportation (ATLDOT) and City officials will mark an important milestone for the Joseph E. Lowery community with a ribbon-cutting ceremony celebrating the completion of the Joseph E. Lowery Complete Street Project. This 2.8-mile project delivers safer, more accessible infrastructure featuring enhanced pedestrian connectivity, and improved signal upgrades, supporting multimodal transportation options along this northwest corridor.
