Atlanta Department of Transportation crews will begin overnight work and implement intermittent lane closures to accommodate resurfacing on a portion of Bolton Road.
The project will include milling, paving, restriping, sidewalk repair/installation, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant ramp installation, drainage improvements, and utility adjustments on Bolton Road.
Resurfacing activities will take place from 7:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. overnight to minimize impacts to the community during daytime and peak commuting periods. Sidewalk repairs and ADA-compliant ramp installation and drainage improvements will take place on weekdays 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Traffic flow will be maintained for the duration of the construction; however, intermittent lane closures may cause traffic delays. Please use alternate routes if possible.
Motorists should observe all construction zone signage and watch out for work crews in the area.
