Resurfacing of the mainline of Bolton Road from Parrott Avenue to Barnett Drive including the side streets up to the radius return or stop bars. Work also includes curbing, installation of new sidewalks, existing sidewalk widening and repair, ramp upgrades for ADA compliance, drainage improvements, and other safety improvements.
